Thiess Services is partnering with another company to take the lead role in deploying optic fibre cable for the National Broadband Network (NBN) throughout Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

This is the largest telecommunications project in Australian for more than a generation and places the team at the forefront of the industry.

Under the initial stages of this program about 400,000 Australians living in rural and regional areas will gain significant business, health and educational benefits from having access to faster download speeds.
